End User License Agreement

Introduction

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and BuddySOS ("We," "Us," or "Our") governing your use of the BuddySOS mobile application ("App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Effective Date: April 17, 2026

License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on any Apple-branded or Android device that you own or control, subject to the applicable platform terms (Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions or Google Play Terms of Service).

Auto-Renewable Subscriptions

BuddySOS offers the following auto-renewable subscription:

BuddySOS Pro

Monthly at $1.99/month.

By subscribing, you agree to the following:

  • Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account (iOS) or Google Play account (Android) at confirmation of purchase.
  • Your subscription will automatically renew unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
  • Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same subscription price.
  • Manage or cancel: iOS — Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Android — Google Play Store → Subscriptions.
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to subscription features until that date.
  • No partial refunds are provided for any unused portion of a subscription period.
  • If a free trial is offered, any unused portion of the trial will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription. Free trials automatically convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the trial ends.

Pricing Changes

BuddySOS reserves the right to modify subscription pricing or features. You will be notified of any changes in advance, and new pricing will take effect at the start of the next billing cycle. You may cancel before the change takes effect if you do not agree.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. BuddySOS disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, BuddySOS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or goodwill.

Governing Law

This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Changes to This EULA

We reserve the right to update this EULA at any time. We will notify you of any material changes through the App or by updating this page. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised EULA.
